Spring 2014 May Be An Excellent Time To Buy A Home In Northern Virginia

According to Real Estate Business Intelligence, RBI, January 2014 saw an increase of 8.11% for a median sold price home over January 2013 in Northern Virginia.  The forecasts by most economist’s, and Realtors is that home prices will continue to rise until supply and demand stabilize.  Here in Northern Virginia we currently have a limited supply of houses for sale and this will likely cause prices to continue to rise.  Add to this the continuing rise in interest rates, and affordability will be more difficult as the months pass by.

If you’re considering buying a home, get started now!  Delaying action could cost thousands of dollars.
